Massage is defined as the manipulation of the body’s tissues including muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments, and joints. Massage Therapy is a clinically oriented health care option that helps alleviate discomfort associated with everyday and occupational stress, muscular overuse, and chronic pain conditions.
